• CUSTOM FRESHIES WILL NOT BE PRODUCED WITHOUT PAYMENT FIRST
  
• Freshies may take 3-5 business days from the time of payment. We will contact you when it's ready for pickup if you selected local pick up. 
• Scents are subject to availability. We will contact you if that's the case.

When choosing a freshie design please state the MOLD name as advertised on the site.
